🔒 Cantai Data Processing and Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 30, 2025This policy describes how Turing Opera Workshop LLC, the owner and developer of Cantai (referred to as "Turing Opera Workshop," "Cantai," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, and shares information about you through our website, intelligent operatic choral singing synthesizer, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy also applies to users accessing Cantai through integrations such as MuseScore Studio.
1. What Information We Collect
A. Personal Data
Information used to identify you directly or indirectly.

2. Data Retention and Deletion (24-Hour Policy) ⏱️
We adhere to a strict data minimization policy regarding your creative files:
- 24-Hour File Deletion: Musical/Input Data uploaded by users are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload or processing.
- MuseScore Studio Users: Score data sent through MuseScore Studio is treated the same as direct uploads and deleted within the same 24-hour window.
- Account Data: Personal Data (Name, Email) is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Account Deletion: If you delete your account, your Personal Data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
3. AI Training and Data Privacy 🤖
- No Training on User Data: We DO NOT use your Musical/Input Data to train or improve the underlying AI models that power Cantai. Your input is processed solely to generate your audio output and is then deleted per the 24-hour policy.
- Ethical AI Commitment: Turing Opera Workshop's foundational AI models are trained exclusively on material provided by contracted, paid artists and creatives.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data necessary to process payments with Stripe and use trusted vendors for hosting.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving Turing Opera Workshop LLC.
